These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Get Into Finance (“the Service”), operated at get-into-finance.com. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms are concluded in English. A translation may be provided for convenience, but the English version controls in case of any conflict.
Get Into Finance is an educational platform providing interview-preparation materials for finance roles. Content includes case studies, guided learning paths, flashcards, and explanatory articles. The Service is currently free of charge.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide a valid, working e-mail address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Accounts may not be transferred to another person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@get-into-finance.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.
Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions is not permitted.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

We reserve the right to remove comments that are defamatory, abusive, spam, or otherwise violate these Terms, without prior notice.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content solely for your own private interview preparation. Any other use, including commercial reproduction, requires prior written permission.
All content on this site — including case studies, model answers, formulas, and explanations — is provided for practice and educational purposes only. It may contain errors, approximations, or simplifications. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. You should verify figures and methodologies with authoritative sources before relying on them in a professional context.
The content on this Service does not constitute financial, investment, accounting, legal, or career advice. We make no representations or warranties regarding interview outcomes, job offers, or professional qualifications resulting from use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed €50.
Note for EU/EEA consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Into Finance from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@get-into-finance.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes via a notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you continue to use the Service after that period, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply alongside German law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in ADR proceedings, but we are happy to resolve disputes directly via e-mail.
